Katie is a director at bdhc and our resident Chartered Tax Advisor, who heads up our Newport office. After joining bdhc in 2004 she went on to study Accountancy at Cardiff University, before passing her Chartered Accountancy Exams and her Chartered Tax exams. As an ICAEW and CTA member, her wealth of experience enables Katie to deal with more complex tax scenarios and she advises both private individuals and business from a wide variety of sectors.
Not just an Accountant!
When she's not in the office Katie enjoys spending time with her family – canal path walks and trips to the park take up a lot of her time, but she is also partial to restaurant visits and live sporting events! She also crochets for the “Octopus for a Preemie" Charity.
